HOW TO RETURN
STANDARD RETURN PROTOCOL
- Email HQ at hello@missioncontrolgoods.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a return label within 24 hours. We cover return shipping.
- Ship the product back. Original packaging preferred but not required.
- Refund processed within 3 business days of receipt. Funds appear in 5-10 business days depending on payment method.
EXCEPTIONS
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers (Amazon third-party sellers, eBay, etc).
- Products damaged through misuse contrary to label instructions.
- Products beyond the 30-day window.
- Bundle/kit products: returned as a complete kit only.
